We had to go twice just to make sure that the first time impression really wasn't suppose to be bad. I give them four because the first time we went (family of four, to include 2 kids) our food was very mediocre. I could have gone to McDonald's and got better burgers and chicken. Guess it's the whole "working out the kinks when first opening" thing. We went back the second time and they were alot better. I think they even lowered their prices just a tad to not be so overpriced. Staff is a little immature, but did okay for our table. We would go back if we didn't feel like going out to Pcola for a Red Robin burger or if hubby wanted to watch the game. They do have lots of LCD TVs... big plus if you are a sports fanatic like my hubby.
Date: Saturday and Sunday-April 9th-10th was the 1st time we had the pleasure of eating at Alphy's! Atmosphere was pretty noisy, but it was packed to the rafters. Our waitress both mornings for breakfast was Mona, she was absolutely phenomenal. There were 5 of us, all of our orders were correct, she was always there when we needed her, amazing suggestions! The food as well was amazing. Will eat here for breakfast every time we are in Navarre!
Don't go to the one on Mary Ester Cut-off. The staff is mediocre and the food is not the same. I mentioned this when I picked up BBQ for our family one night from the 87 location. They didn't really say anything. The BBQ is great! I did a call-in order for pick up and it was ready quick. Price is reasonable. We will eat here again whenever we have that BBQ craving!
