Very friendly and attentive staff, the owner call you by your name even though is your 3rd time there, it gets very crowded on weekend (warm weather) but if u have set your appointment if wont be a problem. The girls most of them are ecuatorian which do a clean job with your nails.

So I have tried the two nail salons in Natrona Heights and of the two I favor Nail Elegance nails. The gel manicure is a little pricey but the pedicure is priced on average and a nice massage. I'll def be back.

I always have a great experience at Nail Elegance! Lynn & the orther staff really know how to accomodate your every need. They're always friendly & I rarely have to wait! My polish always stays on & the nail designs are on point! I always get compliments on my nails and tell everyone about Nail Elegance!

I had never had my nails done before coming here two years ago. I have been coming here every three weeks since. Best staff and great vibe all around. Complimentary wine or mini water and great prices.

This is my favourite nail salon at Natrona Heights for shellac manicures and pedicures. The staff is super friendly and professional. It's a busy place so if you're in a rush I recommend a reservation.

I love this place. I go regularly. I always get quality work done and my appointments always start in a reasonable amount of time.

They have an amazing array of no-chip colors, so much so that I actually had a hard time choosing a color. But that said, once I did... the polish was absolutely spotless. I've never had so many compliments on my nails following a manicure. EVER.



Will most definitely be back - and next time I'll take advantage of the wine or champagne with my service.

This place is by far the best place to get your nails done. I have lived all over the city so I have had my fair share of nail salons but this place takes ultimate top spot. The location is so convenient and it is super clean inside. The nail techs do a FANTASTIC job and will fix your nails if they chip within a week. Whenever I go in there, the owner (Ms. Lynn) is there and she is so friendly and accommodating. I've gabbed to all of my girlfriends and now they come here to get their nails done.



Definitely call ahead but they can usually get you in fairly soon.

I've never been here before but was walking by, looked at my hands, and realized I needed it bad. What a great decision! They got me in immediately for a manicure. My technician, Lynn, not only did a wonderful job on my nails and cuticles, but gave me an amazing arm and hand massage with two kinds of oils and a lotion. She didn't care for my choice of nail polish brand and suggested another. I went with her recommendation and am so glad I did. As I was sitting there, someone came around who was handing out cozy holiday socks as a gift to all their customers today. Crazy!



I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Even though it's out of my way a bit, I will be making it my regular nail spot from here on out.

I love this place and am so happy to live nearby. I have been quite a few times (probably around 15 thus far), and have never had a bad experience. The no-chip manicures are wonderful -- I have had one last three weeks, and even then the polish was still in great condition, I just needed to have them redone since they were growing out!



The fact that the salon is never empty should be a testament to how good it is; people love coming here. Staff is always friendly and accommodating

I just received a wonderful manicure & pedicure. The salon is decorated very nice. The chairs are comfortable & the massage is always nice. The staff was VERY nice & personable! You must try them out. Tell your friends about this great nail salon!

Love this place, Lynn and Holly are awesome and always does a fantastic job on my nails!! I come up with random nail design ideas and she always is able to make them happen! I have been going to Nail Elegance for almost one years now and I won't ever go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place to all of my friends and anyone that wants a fantastic manicure/pedicure!

This is a nice salon. Holly and Lynn are very friendly and courteous (they don't have entire conversations in Vietnamese while servicing you!) and do a good job. They are small and sometimes very politely tell you to try agin later - I try to call ahead.

Great Nail Elegance Salon! I have tried many nail places in the area and this one is by far the best. Lynn, Bill and Holly have all done a great job on my nails and my daughters nails. If your looking for a perfect paint finish Lynn is a perfectionist! Always friendly and you never feel rushed.

I finally have found a good nail place after searching for so long. Me, my mom and sister loved our gel manis and we were taken care of quick. We did call ahead and the staff was very prompt to accommodate us on a busy day. They were also very friendly and I can't wait to go back!

Came to Pittsburgh for vacation and decided to get my nails done, and I totally recommend this place for Pennsylvanians ! This place is located inside a mall, so you can shop while you wait. When I came, there was no wait at all, and was extremely welcomed by the manager Nail Elegance. I had Mr.Bill do my pedicure and Ms.Linh do my gel nails. Loved the way it came out. The staff is really friendly and actually had conversations with the customers. The shop has a relaxing environment, and there's a TV to watch the game. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience here ! (:
