Yes Home Repair under the ownership and guidance of Larry Patton did not abide by the contract he left my mom's home a disaster. Mr. Patton employs an individual that actually scammed us and Mr. Patton has become a wall of defense for the employee. If photos are needed to prove the mess Mr. Patton left my mom's house in I will gladly provide them. I have a promissory note from the employee that scammed us to repay the money but the individual adamantly refuses to honor his promise. Mr. Patton has not had a conversation with me although he knows the mess he left my mom's house in. I have sent him photos but he ignores the letter and photos. .....I never will recommend Yes Home Repair under the ownership and guidance of Mr. Larry Patton. Poor was the lowest rating available but Yes Home Repair's rating is far below poor.


In Addition to the review above .Mr. Larry Patton agreed in word only to reimburse me $ 3,000 dollars for inadequate work and destroying tile in one bathroom....He placed a contingency on the agreement which I believe he may be in violation of the law....Mr. Patton will reimburse me the funds which will not cover the damage if I sign an agreement to remain silent about his business then he demanded that a friend of mine sign the agreement she will remain silent about his bad business deals....The problem is my friend has no interest in the issues whatsoever. She is independent and holds absolutely no interest in the dispute. ...She did not pay him ,she does not live in my home and furthermore, Mr. Patton told my friend he will not deal with a third party but now he wants her to sign an agreement to remain silent about his inadequate work and his lack of experience. Mr. Patton advertises he has 25 yrs experience, however, he has none as far as painting and his crews are terrible. I used crews plural because he does not have a crew that is experienced and are very inadequate individuals...Mr. Patton joined BBB he told BBB he's been in business since 2011 which is far from 25 yrs. He claims he is insured and bonded but he will not reveal the company he's insured and bonded with. Mr. Patton has an employee named John Winter that literally scammed us out of $ 200.00 dollars he put the promise to pay it back in writing but refuses to pay us back....I will state this; if you need a contractor beware before hiring Yes Home Improvement. Yes Home Repair claims they can do plumbing ,however, it's very doubtful they have plumbing license. They caused some electrical problems as well. Be Sure You Check These People Out Because They Refuse To Be Upfront In Dealing With You. His business rates far below poor.
