I am extremely disappointed in this company! My 91 year old Grandmother wanted to go out to dinner last night. She rarely wants to go out, so this was a big deal. She doesn;t drive and it was raining out. We ordered a pick up and went downstairs to wait. We waited for over an hour and the cab never showed up! We called back several times and still NO CAB! I would NOT recommend this company. My Grandmother was so upset that we ended up staying in last night.
My wife and I took a cab from this company from West Palm Beach Airport to the cruise port in Fort Lauderdale on 12/8/12. Our flight arrived late which made it nearly impossible to get to the port on time for our cruise departure. We had a driver that was simply outstanding- we left the airport without delay and took the most efficient route possible. Despite his best efforts we missed our cruise but I thought the driver and company should be commended for a job well done!
THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE CAB COMPANY EVER!!!! I LEFT MY CELL PHONE IN THE CAB BECAUSE THE GUY DIDN'T HAVE GPS AND DIDN'T KNOW WHERE HE WAS GOING AND HAD TO USE MY PHONE. NOT ONLY DID HE CHARGE MY PHONE AND ANSWERED IT THE NEXT DAY HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME OVER 200$ TO GET MY PHONE BACK. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS THERE ON VACATION AND CAME BACK WITHOUT MY IPHONE WHICH WAS BRAND NEW. THE DISPATCHER WAS NO HELP AT ALL. NOW I'M NOT DUMB, I KNOW THEY HAVE TO CALL IN WHEN THEY PICK UP SOMEONE. HE COULD HAVE NARROWED THE DRIVERS DOWN AND HELPED THE COPS. I'M REPORTING TO THE BBB AND THE LOCAL NEWS STATIONS IN WEST PALM BEACH AS WELL.
On 7/26/08 I called for cab for next morning. Airport is close to home I was visiting. They had picked up host before at same address. Indicated no problem. Cab driver called lost several times, we redirected. When he ended up in Palm Beach totally confused I called company to get another cab. The other cab finally arrived - one hour later than original pick up time. We missed our flight and had to pay $80 more to secure a flight HOURS later. So we missed the last day of vacation sitting at the airport. Dispatchers did not keep watch on driver. It is their job to manage. And they didn't. When I called to speak to manager upon my return, they said it was Steve and he was not available. He has yet to call me back (as of 8/18/08). I have reported him to Better Business Bureau. I later found out my host who used them had same situation happen and missed his flight.
