Absolutely Poor and Rude Service

This service is dishonest and rude. First of all, they advertise that they serve the Dearborn area, where I happened to be calling from. My friend called them initially to schedule a pickup time. They hung up on him for no apparent reason. When I tried to call back, the person who answered the phone told me that they 'didn't service the Dearborn area' and abruptly hung up afterward, but not before giving me rude lip to my honest inquiry. When I called back to try to explain my situation, they hung up on me as well.

The people that run this business are unprofessional, rude, and undeserving of your business. In addition to this review I'm writing, I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Beareau.
