Yellow Radio Service

Yellow cab is the worst service I ever had. I waited an hour and a half for one cab and another never showed up. The driverse speak English or follow directions.

Waiting 1 hour instead of 5 - 20 min and our second call surprised that lady so much, that she openly asked "Are you still waiting?"

They are the WORST Taxi cab service in the United States. I have lived in several large cities in the united states and have not dealt with a taxi service as awful as San Diego Yellow Cab. They are completely unprofessional and do not care about their customers. If you call for a ride around 1am after a movie, a very rude man answers and confirms that a ride is on the way. After waiting an hour and a half, my husband and I called the cab service again to only be belittled by the man on the opposite side of the phone stating that there was never a cab coming to get us and he will return our call when a cab "feels" like picking us up. This service is unprofessional and a complete embarrassment to the city of San Diego. After living in San Diego for over two years, I am disappointed to confirm that the cab transportation is the worst. I feel very bad about giving this review, but unfortunately it is needed.

I called for a cab an hour before I needed to be picked up to go to the airport. After an hour and 20 min passed and no one showed up I called again and was assured someone would be rushed to my location. After another 20 minutes I called another cab company and was picked up almost immediately. If I would have waited for the cab I would have missed my flight. If you are in a rush to go anywhere use a different cab company.

I scheduled pickup for an early morning flight, but the taxi never showed up. I waited as long as I could, then drove myself to the airport and paid for very expense short term parking. I will never use this cab company again.

I wait 25 min. When they arrive , just drove off , wait for them 10 min , not even a calltosay"im sorry" I hope they pick me up next time

The cab came quick. Driver took us for a loop. Thought we didn't know the area because we were military and drove quite a lot more than we had to. No honor system with this company. Know your route so you don't get the loop.

Terrible. Find another cab company.

OMG terrible customer service. Customer waited an hour and a half. Then driver when finally showed up took off in a hurry. Terrible. Call another company!

Still no show and I miss my appoinment.

We have only called them 2 times but each time they have been on time. You can see my experience comparison to when we tried to use Silver Cab (that was a disaster). We call 15-20 min ahead of needed time and they are on time. They have an automated phone call when they pull up to you house, so you know they are outside. I will use them again.

We have never had issues with this company. They have never been late and have always been polite and dependable.

There are a lot of bad reviews here, and I have to say that I have never been disappointed! Never has a cab shown up late. Once my wife forgot something and we had to turn around, We were about a half mile from home. The driver stopped the meter and turned around. He re-started the meter when we got back to the original point. Give these guys plenty of notice for your trip. They'll have the cab there on time.

They picked me up at the airport. the driver was nice and didn't take me the long way and try to overcharge me. The taxi was clean. The fare wasn't bad for the distance I traveled.
