worst company ever!

I recently made the switch to direct tv and couldn't be happier! Comcast has crappy service along with their reps and business practices! If you want to do business with a company who fraudulently charges your account , overdrafting your account xfinity/comcast is the company for you! Thanks to comcast charging my account on yesterday thanksgiving holiday without my authorization my account is now overdrawn. Comcast/xfinity refuses to reimburse me...u suck xfinity

we have had very few issues since getting xfinity but when we have they are always ready to help and quickly resolve the problem to our satisfaction.
