Mike helped me find beautiful Victorian Ash luxury plank vinyl flooring at a great price to fit my needs. I redid my entire condo and it looks fantastic. Mike was honest, kind, and easy to get in touch with. After seeing all of the mermaids in my condo, he started calling me "little mermaid," which was sweet and a testament to how much attention they pay to their customers. The installers were fun and personable and have years of experience. After the initial install, there were a couple of small areas that I was not 100 percent happy with. I emailed Mike, and then the owner of the company called me himself to ask what they needed to do to make sure the job was exactly what I had wanted. The installers came back out quickly, redid the couple of areas, and made the floors look perfect. This is not a big company with a fancy showroom and expensive commercials. They are a small, family-owned business with integrity, quality products, and a staff who still understands the meaning of "customer service."

Best price by far out of a total of 4. Came highly recommended by the past customers they gave us. Had to come back a week later to fix a cabinet trim piece on our new kitchen but over all our new wood floor and kitchen came out great and the whole project was done in 1 week. Steve was great along with everyone else we dealt with.

The process was painless. They came to my home to show me samples, and installed it within a week (only because I needed the install to take place on a weekend). The installers were great and very accommodating. The floor looks great, and the price was better than any other estimate I received. I couldn't have asked for more!

I was referred by my neighbor. Very impressed with pricing and they did my whole house with hardwood flooring on a Saturday. Thought it was worth writing a review. Not impressed often so I made the effort.
