Worst service I have ever had
The service at Wok & Roll in Avalon Park is the worst I have ever received. Obviously the waiter (who said he was the manager) has no idea of customer service. It was my first time there and several issues happened in less than 10 minutes.
First, the table I was sitting on was dirty, and instead of cleaning it, he was expecting me to move to another one.
Second, I wasn't too hungry, so I asked this guy just for a portion of fried rice, and his response to my request was that the only way he could give me a portion of fried rice was if I ordered it to go, because that was ""the way"" they did it there.
Third, considering he didn't take my ""special"" order, I decided to get something from the kids' menu, and to my surprise, he told me I had to be 10 years or younger to ask for any plate from this menu, otherwise, I couldn't have it. Then I told him that in that case, I was ordering something from the kids' menu for my son, and he said my son needed to be there so he could proceed with the order.
I was so surpised that I told him I needed to speak to his manager, and he told me he was the manager, UNBELIEVABLE! Of course I ended up leaving this place and telling everyone I know not to visit the restaurant, nobody would like to be treated the way I was.
Is amazing how the attitude of an employee can change the image of the company. Next time I want to eat chinese food, I'd rather drive a few more miles and find a place where the staff members know how to take care of their customers.
