Customer service in the Kill Devil Hills branch is totally lacking. The employees have no problem solving skills. They simply state "we don't do that here" for anything that requires their finding a solution. Their philosophy seems to be "our time is a lot more valuable than yours" and we can't be bothered". MARITZA a teller at the Hanford branch has the worst customer service anyone can provide, I have been with Wells Fargo for 5 years now and never has anyone treated me the way she did. Thanks to her bad service and practically calling me stupid I closed my accounts and have started banking else where. I've banked with these guys for years, but when I tried to take out a large sum of cash, they told me I had to wait a week. When I did get the cash, they acted like I was a bother. If you are trying to get out your available balance don't deal with Christine or Rhonda cause you won't get it. While I'm standing in the bank awaiting on the 'agreed withdrawal amount' I checked my phone to see what they could possibly be debating only to find they 'gave me' 5000.00 and then reversed the 5000.00 with no acceptable explanation. i have to drive close to 20mi outside of town (julian, ca - per WF Rep) to access cash from my branch/atm or be assessed a fee from the local branches/atms plus an additional $3 from WF! THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!! It should be waved if it's more than 7-10mi....Like this review?Yes|Flag Abuse

Right now I'm trying to fight against them robbing me of almost a thousand dollars due to shady business practices. I've already reported them to the BBB and FTC.
