The Waterways

Upon my arrival my thoughts weren't too concerning with the surrounding apartments by the office area. I was never shown which apartment I was going to get of course until after I signed the lease at the time I wasn't very worried until she took me outback!!! Where the hidden Ghetto was!!!! The apartments in the back looked completely different and not in a good way! I didn't say anything because I knew my lease was already signed. I walked into the apartment my first observation was the smell it smelled as if the lights have been off for an extended period of time and bacteria was growing! The next thing was the carpet it was old brown and dirty clearly needed to be replaced. The kitchen had outdated appliances that was in poor condition stove didn't work properly, ice maker broken light switches and outlets out of order and last but certainly not least the Roaches that dictated the place please keep in mind I have never in my life had a roach problem and my belongings certainly where clean upon my arrival they where EVERYWHERE in the cabinets, in the dishwasher! In the drawers, in the sink in the shower in and under the carpet, in the microwave not one or two but three and four at a time. This place is filthy! Don't move here save yourself and your money! And as for parking just forget it
