Very professional! David is example of good customer service. We recently purchased our house and when I called him to look at our water system, he was there! David and his son does a very neat and clean looking installation. Only reason for not giving an overall 5 star rating is because he failed to let me know he charges a 5% up charge if using credit card until it was installed. That was additional money not expecting to pay. I would still recommend him but customers should know ahead of time charge to avoid surprises.

When Dave came out to give a FREE estimate I was very impressed by how he took a look at everything with precise knowledge and was not in in hurry at all. He gave a reasonable estimate and was able to start the work in just a couple of days. His personality speaks for itself and I definitely would recommend Dave to anyone.

I decided to call Dave after reading all the good reviews here. Woke up to no water and I was sure my sub pump had died on me, since it is 12 years old. Called Dave at 7:45 a.m. and he was at my house by 9:30 a.m. Turns out my pressure switch just needed cleaning!! He could have sold me a new pump and I never would have known. When the pump does go, he'll be the one I call. Thanks, Dave!!!

My well pump switch was hit by lightning and my water went out in the house. I gave Dave a call and he came over and fixed it in a few hours in the pouring rain. He is very professional. He was even prepared to replace my well pump if needed.

We just got done having a new system put in by David Goodrich who owns Water Pure LLC. He did the job himself and our water is nice and soft and running very smoothly....

On August 31st, 2015 My submersible water pump failed at my home. I made contact with 5 companies and got quotes from them and all said they wanted 85 dollars just to come and look at my system and trouble shoot it. Dave Goodrich told me he could be at my home within an hour and was so easy going on the phone I forgot to ask what the cost would be. Dave showed up and not only fixed the pump with a new one but corrected issues with my pipes that were done 10 years ago when the house was built. Dave worked all day and to my surprise there was no "service call" charge and the total job cost was WELL UNDER the other 5 companies price quotes. I am a retired police officer of 30 years and it was a pleasure to have met Dave and have him help me with our home. It is good to see that there are honest, friendly, and decent people still out there doing business. I will never use any other service for my plumbing/well needs and will spread the word about WaterPure and Dave to all my friends.

Waterpure is the best decision you will ever make!!!! Dave is an incredible person I called him and he was at our house within just a few hours. I told him what was happening with our water problems and he not only diagnosed the problem but was able to fix it in less than 30 minutes.... Absolutely incredible service fast,kind,hard working, honest and beyond fair on his pricing!!!! and he answered any and all questions. He didn't try to fix and run he actually took his time to answer and explain all my questions... I can't say enough about the service my family received today. There is no chance we will ever call anyone else to work on our water!!!

He is very knowledgeable as well.,He put our new water softener system in did an excellent job and at a really reasonable price.. He was able to fix an issue we had with the hot water after having our new hot water heater installed that caused our hot water to smell, it had nothing to do with the water softener he installed, he came and checked everything out and knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. Dave goes the extra mile something you rarely see anymore. He truly cares about his customers, he made us feel value as one. We will not be using anyone but WaterPure, LLC for our water conditioning needs. Awesome company!!!

Dave came out after I had another company tell me I did not need an aerator even though all our neighbors have one. The 1st company did my well pump & salt tank install & we still had smelly stinky egg water when they were done : (

I called Dave & he came right out & said we needed an aerator, he did a great job installing & right away our water had no more smell!!! I had him come back & install a reverse osmosis system under our sink & our water looks perfect, has no more smell & tastes great!!!
