About six years ago, after falling from my roof while cleaning my gutters (breaking my elbow in the process), I had Waterloov installed on my gutters. For six years, I have been in heaven! Not once have I had to clean my gutters even with the abnormally heavy rain we have had in the last couple of years. Occasionally, I had my daughter perform the "Suit and Tie" maintenance without any hitches. The reason for this review is that I lost the telephone number to the Waterloov dealer who installed my system and next year as part of our scheduled house maintenance I want to replace the roof and gutters However, I will not replace the gutters unless I can get Waterloov installed (I love the product that much).

Now that we have been through an entire year with our new gutters and Waterloov. I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the product and with the prompt and courteous attention River Crest provided us. We believe that Waterloov is a superior product and is probably the only product that would make our gutters truly worry free. In the last year we have had heavy rain, repeated ice storms, and the usual barrage of acorns, oak debris and leaves. The Waterloov has allowed the gutters to handle it all and stay clean--we're delighted. It has been a pleasure doing business with you and River Crest, and we intend to contact you again when we need the services of a contractor.

I would just like to drop you a note concerning your Waterloov Rain Gutter System. I recently purchased an old house with several large trees surrounding this house. After having new siding installed I found that once the gutters became clogged with leaves the rain water started to spill over and water ran down the sides of the house, causing water stains at several points on the new siding. Getting up to clean the gutters was a very laborious and expensive task (Also Dangerous).

While at the Monmouth County Fair last year I stopped at your booth. The salesman gave me his pitch, and I agreed to have him come to the house to survey the situation. For the cost involved I was not sure this was a good idea because I felt that some debris would still clog the gutters. However I agreed to do all of our gutters, and to my surprise, the Waterloov system works!

The system has been install or over a year now and we have had no problems. During the last fall season, the gutters, worked the best that they have ever worked. I now feel that the money that I spent on your system was the best money that I have spent on my house to date.
