        Tech arrived exactly on time, same day service and repair. Friendly and professional. Solved the problem and no parts were needed. Corrected an improper rack and door install from the original installer(different company) Tech thanked me for my service as a firefighter\Paramedic. I will definately use again!!

        Raymond Walters came out to my house and looked at my Frigidaire Dryer which I had already taken apart to work on. He noticed right away what the problem was and told me how I could fix it. I like to work on things myself and he was very helpful in explaining everything I needed to do. He even called and ordered the part for me to pick up. I will use him again when my next appliance breaks!

        Based upon the other reviews, ...

        Based upon the other reviews, I thought that we were going to get quality service, but we were lucky to get any service at all. The man never returned phone calls when we left messages and on the few times that we caught him on the phone, conveniently claimed that he "had tried calling us", but my we had no record of these calls either through caller ID or voicemail. After the initial service call, we proceeded to wait 4 weeks for the part to come in and installed. He finally got here to install it and then had ordered the wrong part. Two weeks after the date after he promised to have our re-order part installed, he has not returned phone calls. We finally got him on the phone for him to claim that "I sent the part back". What a mess! Do not waste your time!

        The Only place to call

        Walters Appliance Service is who I will be calling every time something goes wrong in my home. Fast, reliable and VERY honest. Had a problem with my washing machine, called and they were at my home within 2 hours. Found the problem ASAP and he was very honest and said it was cheaper to buy another one then to let him replace the motor. Very cheap service call charge also…

        FAST AND DEPENDABLE SERVICE

        I have gone with Walters twice now for the repair of my dryer and they can't be beat. Both times I have called they have came out that same day. They are always very professional and provide great service. Their prices are great too! The total cost to get my dryer repaired was $60.00.
