during this week of 10/14 our business found our selves short of inventory and visited the 3rd St. N.W. location of Wahlgreens. much to our surprise and astonishment the less than competant/mature male manager on day duty failed so grossly to respond to our request we could only surmise his laziness was motivated by his lies thus failed to complete a $500.00 transaction. We can only image how many other sales opportunities are turned away to other businesses due to this lack of ability. As a business owner I am ashamed and embarassed that skills of this caliper would be given the responsiblity and title of "manager". Two weeks prior we visited this location during the weekend and was assisted by a female day manager and cashier. Both of these employees greatly excelled the abilities of the male manager on weekday duty. No it is not that we are so full of ourselves, we would have to say it appreared to be just the opposite the male manager did not even take the time to engage in a conversation regarding our inquiry. We knew the product existed the female managers had no problem find what we were looking for and fulfilling our quest. I am sorry but this seems to be a plague infecting many Montana businesses. I do not know if it is the lack of maturity or the resentment of having to work for your money that is so previlent amongst the young people given the responsiblity of representing a business/company and not knowing what to do with it and how to benefit the company and collect their paycheck at the same time....help us all.......if this is the best we can do.
