VCA Black Mountain Animal Hospital : terrible service, my dog needed minor medical service and was taken to the back room where another dog was, and got into a fight with it. My dog suffered many injuries and I was told a simple sorry and some lame excuse how the "dog" got loose on its own (obviously No supervision) and required the staff to beat both dogs with a broom handle causing cuts, swelling, and my dog to li... view more

I wish Id never taken my Mini Chi 2 Dr green, he said he is terminal and needs meds 2 make him comfy yet 3 weeks later when Im out of meds he demands lab work and another exam! he refuses 2 give My baby refills unless I do all that.

No more with these money grubbers! I have found a new Vet who is local, charges a fraction that VCA did and my Cats are much more relaxed after boarding and appointments. VCA has quite the scam going on.
