        We called and scheduled an appointment for them to come and do a check on our central air before we turned it on for the season. They could not give us an exact time for the day just a "noon to 5 pm" of that day. Took off work to be here for the appointment and they never showed up. We did not receive a call or anything. You would think they would have called to reschedule.
