I called at 8:45March 8th to set up a move for the end of the week. A very shortlsimple mover,A bed two chairs and 3 stackes of drawers. I received an emaiol that someone would call me shortly. I explained that I had to reserve the spot with the building, so time was of the essense in getting a date. ISHortly to these exmarine apparently menas 18 to 20 hrs later ( glad thet weren't waiting for me in my emergency department and I gave them that answer. I did get a pretty detailed quote, those it was delivered in a rather condescending way. I then callled back to confirm the date.. It again to ok them 1 day and a half to get back to me and still wanted $100.00 non-refundable deposit to secure the move. I have moved thousands of times in an out of the military and have never been asked for a deposit or told it was non refundaible; maybe if I cancel at the last minute.
These guys are not hororable, asre not prompt and certainly sholdn't not be using the good reputation of the marine corps for marketing. I refused to go to contract with them, so I can't tell you whehter they actually showed up on time.
WHen I had finalized the dates
