No returned calls, no call no no show 3 consecutive times.... And this is our first appointment as a new customer! Good luck staying in business!

Stay away.
Stay away..1) They never return phone calls. 2) Unable to EVER talk to salesperson responsible for selling contract, despite having his cellphone and leaving multiple detailed messages.
I have personally placed over 10 calls to the company (plus the eight noted above) without a satisfactory response. The people at the other end of the phone are very nice and send the problems up the chain, where they die. DO NOT USE!!! -

Call this company to have someone come out to give me a price, well, a representative said they don't do that, they look at google GPS photo based on your address and give a quote, I asked the rep how can they give a quote on a 5 year old photo, how do they know if I've added or taken away since that photo was taked years ago??.. He said well that is how we do it. I asked for a sales rep to come out to the house, he just kept arguing with me and referencing Ross Perot and how he does his lawn.. Im thinking WTF, I don't care about Ross Perot and told him... This company is unbelievable to even TRY to work with, I will not be doing business with them!

I Had this company last year and they did pretty somewhat okay this year OMG they cancel on me 5x in one month sometimes no show i am so aggravated had an appointment on Tuesday they guy never showed up the supervisor re schedule me for Saturday so i called him and he said h would be out here without a dought guess what duchebag never shows up so shows up today i told him i need my lawn fertilized and do what you have to do i bought the big package i stand behind the window watching it took him on a 8000 sq lawn 5 minutes to fertilize and do weed control and re seed yea ok guess what didn't do the entire lawn did small pieces here and there beware this service is a rip off they haven't even did my service and they are billing me already STAY AWAY TRUST ME!!! -

dont contact them. I first wanted their services but they never came out to do it, even after several calls to them. So we canceled over a year ago. If you do contact them at all they will keep your number in the system and call you repeatedly even after telling them to remove you from the list and to never call again. This is not how a company that wants business should act because I am telling all my friends of how the company runs their business!

Trugreen is, well let me stop there. My mother told me if you can not say anything nice about some do not say anything at all. I will tell you if you want to know what kind of people and company this is please to to their own facebook page and look at all the messages that are left on there. I wish I had gone there first before signing up for a year service and to go through what I had to go through.
