Tru Plumbing & Heating LLC

Based on a recommendation from an online neighborhood Facebook page, I called Tru Plumbing at 8:30am. I needed to have a leaky/broken kitchen faucet replaced quickly. By 9:15 Mike called me back. By 10:15 I had purchased a new faucet from Home Depot, and by 11:15 he was in my kitchen replacing the faucet. Its understandable that a plumber is not always available so quickly - some jobs are larger and booked in advance; but that he replied to my call within an hour is what sets Mike apart. No one likes to wait for that callback, wondering how long to wait, and if you should call someone else. Mike was professional, courteous, and knew how to do the job. 5 stars!

I wanted someone local who owned his own business and took pride in his work rather than an employee of a larger entity. Mike (Tru Plumbing) came highly recommended by a neighbor. My experience confirmed his high praise. Mike is knowledgeable and efficient. He provides the information necessary to make an informed decision based on viable options and a customer's budgetary concerns. He is very mindful and respectful of prompt customer service. He responds to emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. In the event of a delay for a service call, he informs the customer as soon as possible. When the work is done the area is neat and clean. I was very pleased with the quality of the work within a reasonable period of time and his professional and courteous manner. I have used many plumbers over the years. I am happiest with Mike from TruPlumbing. He is responsive, and the work he has done has been excellent. He installed a new water heater for us in July, and just repaired our heat. He also cleared a shower drain that had been running slow for years (I had other plumbers look at it, but they never cleared it). Mike actually pulled a small toy out of the drain that had been in there for years! I am recommending him to friends, and plan to continue using him for future plumbing/heating issues.
