I spend days coping all my old files and hard Drive to a single backup drive to be sure I saved all my business and personal files to one place so I could save and sort my files. While erasing old drives I accidently deleted the master backup drive. I knew I need to find the right professional to recovery my files. An electrical surge had knocked out the server for our business and we didn't have a reliable backup, so when I contacted Don at Tri-State Data Recovery things were a bit desperate. Tri State was able to recover all of the data on our damages hard drive, when no other company would commit to successfully doing so. I was in huge trouble..my hard drive was smashed. that was not the biggest part of my problem though. the bigger problem was that my quickbooks was on that hard drive. I did not have a back up of it at all (that was my fault) I took my computer to Don and prayed he was as good at data recovery as I was told he was... and HE WAS!! in less than 2 days he had recovered my entire quickbooks data. We own a landscaping company and in the middle of my busiest invoicing season, Quickbooks shut down and refused to open. My backups and my company file were corrupted.
