When I lived in Louisville, KY I shopped now where but Kroger. I have found the stores here are not all on the same level. The one on Washington Road in Augusta has the nicest most helpfull employees, and you need it since the layout of the store seems to be constantly changing. I have found the coustermers and the employees at the store in Evan to be the most self centered rude people I have met since moving here....I will not be back to that store.

Kroger spans many states with store formats that include grocery and multidepartment stores, convenience stores and mall jewelry stores. there is a man that works at the New Lexington store and i think he is management and i've been told that his name is Jim,he follows me around the store like i'm going to steal something and he follows other people because i have seen him and i've had friends tell me about it.
i'm an old lady and have never taken anything in my life, this guy is wierd and makes me very uncomfortable doing my shopping and i heard him talk mean to one woman while she was shopping,it's hard to tell how many people he has talked mean to so me and my friends have decided not to go back to a kroger store.
in the past we have spent a lot of money doing our shopping but no more, you really need to do something about him.
Krogers are generally decent stores but quality can range widely according to the store. Some seem to have better computers than others, and the ones that don't can have mistakes on products that are supposed to be on sale. Their "sale" items are sometimes really not that much cheapter than regular prices, but you can find deals if you know what you are doing.
