Used yellow cab on 12/8, driver arrived quickly but kept asking would I be paying with cash, kept asking if I had any cash on me to pay. He didnt seem to want to push meter on car till I told him I would be paying with Debit. Him asking seemed like he wanted to have cash so he didn't have to report to Yellow Cab and pocket the money to him self. When we arrived to destination and he asked no less than 6 times if I would pay with cash. We arrived at my destination and the rate on meter was $13. He asked about tip, and even though I shouldnt I said 15%. He asked for card, even though there is a machine facing the back sheet that I should be able to use in his car to run my card and get reciept, He used his phone and when I asked for a reciept he said he couldnt print one out. Upon checking my account today it should have been $14.95, but I was charged $18 he charge me a 38% tip. This is very unprofessional, and I will be disputing this charged with my bank and contacting the BBB as if I tack a taxi, I should be able to use the screen and never have to hand my card to a driver, and be bothered the whole ride home about if I have cash or not, and then not be able to print me a reciept and then charged me more.

I booked online for a pick up at 11.45am this is 1.10pm no taxi yet. I have called twice and the response was cab on the way. Maybe the taxi will be available by 10pm.

Horrible, horrible experience with the rudest driver you will EVER come across. After arriving 40 minutes late, not apologies, he damanded I pay cash. Told him I'll pay with credit card. He then told me its $24! This is a 5 mile trip in which I paid $12 yesterday. I told him I was not going to use him, drop me back. He dropped me a block away and demanded I get out and never to call them again. You've got that right! Zero stars
