Clinic doesn't take Blue Cross Blue Shield so I was told it would cost $130 or more for visit.
Dr. Franks was the attending doctor that day. She came in with a scowl on her face and was rude, unhelpful and condescending. I was so congested and was choking on the drainage. My head was about to burst. She said there was nothing she could give me and to use Afrin. I asked her to check my ears and she said I already did. Are you kidding me? I would know if she had checked them. No kleenex in room either and it's flu season....
I was very nice and said that I needed to get better quickly because I was keeping my grandchildren the next day while their baby sister had chemo treatments. Instead of giving me something to dry up this head cold, she told me to find another alternative
for their babysitting needs. THERE WAS NO ALTERNATIVE and I was spending $130 to try to get better quickly. In my sixty two years of living, I had NEVER encountered a more pathetic excuse for a doctor.
DO NOT GO THERE.
When i went there because i fell the told me my co-pay would be $60.00 then when i was in the doctors office they came back and said it was $100.00 which i paid. When I got statement from insurance company they said i paid $60.00 everyone needs to check that because we are being ripped off and some people don't even know about it.
