I needed promotional equipment shipped to Florida for a convention and the carrier I initially contracted told me in the final hour, they couldn’t get the shipment there in time. The team arranged for the shipment to arrive before our deadline— they handled all compliance documentation and ensured the fragile equipment arrived without damage. Some of the team members even have a great sense of humor which is always refreshing when in a state of panic.

This company is so rude and horrible wouldn't recommend them ! Definitely suggest going somewhere else. So please don't waste your time with these people!

I needed help with a oversized shipment from the mainland to Hawaii. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be calling them back.
