T&T HVAC and Electrical

T&T HVAC and Electrical is the best! They iinstalled my air condition and furnace three years ago and the work was exemplary! This year I was looking for a generator, so I called Generac to find out who they would recommend for my area (Upper Marlboro, Md) and to my surprise they gave me te number to T&T HVAC and Electrical. I didn't even know that they did generators. I was immediately convinced that they would be the one's that I hire for the job. Well the job is complete and just like before the work was exemplary. Thank you T&T HVAC and Electrical for being such a pleasure to work with.

QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE & I SAVED MONEY...T&T HVAC and Electrical, LLC saved me a considerable amount of money by repairing my air-conditioning (A/C) unit, after I was told by three other companies I need to buy a new unit. The servicing technician was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and had a high standard of professional ethics. He completed a thorough diagnostic analysis of my A/C unit, and immediately made the necessary repairs. The servicing technician also initiated a follow-up call within a twenty-four hour period to ensure I was pleased with the operation of my unit, and to see if I had added questions or concerns. That is what I call “quality customer service!” I would highly recommend T&T HVAC and Electrical to my family, friends, and neighbors.

The service I received from T&T HVAC was exemplary from beginning to end. They patiently worked with my availability in scheduling my appointment and arrived in a timely manner. The technician was painstaking about his work, as he successfully determined what the problem was with my heating system and repaired it. Moreover, the technician was professional and kind. Kudos to T&T HVAC and Electrical LLC!

T&T HVAC and Electrical is the greatest. I don't normally write reviews, but this one was warranted. I had two other companies look at my A/C unit and was told two different things was wrong and they both charged me a lot of money and the problem still existed. A friend of mine told me to call T&T HVAC. They sent a tech out who took his time to find the real problem an was able to explain it to me in a way that I understood and the price wasn't bad either. People if your looking for a thorough and honest company, give these guys a call.

I called to get a quote and was told someone would be by between 2:00 - 3:30 the next day. Came home in the middle of the day, and no one showed up. Called the office and was sent to voicemail. Nothing infuriates me more than wasting time.

I would highly recommend T & T HVAC and Electrical LLC,we had a great experience. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly- They were able to accomodate same day serivice on a Friday with (90 degree weather!). Not only did they diagnose and fix the problem quickly but they did so honestly and at a reasonable price.

My electricity in one part of my house kept going out. Rather than call the home warranty people (cause nothing seems to ever be covered). I tried T&T because they're local. The guy (Vincent) came out early the next morning at the time he specified. Which is great cause I didn't have to sit around the house all day waiting for someone to show up. He was very professional and stayed until (1) he figured out the real source of the problem and (2) until it was fixed. As a female, I often feel like contractors take advantage and overcharge just because they can. T&T is privately owned and it shows because these guys are hardworking, honest, reasonable, and extremely professional. If I ever have any electrical or hvac isssues in the future they're my go to people.

The technicians are hardworking, polite and very experienced. In the past I called other contractor's to come and check out my system and much to my discouragement all the problems were never solved. I took a chance and contacted T & T and boy was I surprised, not only did they solve my problems but at a much cheaper price. Not to mention this was a emergency phone call and they were prompt even though it was after hours. Please keep up the good work.
