        I have to say that this compan...

        I have to say that this company does a horrible job of scheduling jobs and an even worse job of communicating with customers to get the job scheduled and not calling to advise it the date has to be changed. my job was minor and I had to call the company several times on different occassions to find out what was going on. when they finally showed up only half of the job was done and I had to call them to tell them that it was not complete and find out why. at least 3 times during the process i was promised a call from them and it never happened. I will never use them again or refer anyone to them.

        good follow-through

        Good response to initial questions. Installation started later than estimated without any contact to explain the delay. Once the job was started, it was completed quickly and well. Tim did final inspection and noted that roof looked good, but gutter guards did not. He promised to return and replace the guards. We went away on vacation and returned to find new guards had been installed. I was pleased with the look as well as the follow through on a commitment.
