        Superb Transportation, LLC feel that you have mistaken our company with something else.

        Superb Transportation, LLC transport ONLY one fare at a time. Superb Transportation vehicles are equipped with cerdit/debit card devices to accept credit/debit card payments. The driver uses the device to type in the amount of the fare then swipes the card to confirm the authorization of the card. the driver then hands the device to the passenger to complete the transaction with their signature. The credit/debit card device offers an option to the signer to receive a receipt sent to their email address or a text to their mobile phone number. The device offers an option to not receive a receipt as well which it totally up to the passenger. The passenger completes ALL credit/debit card transactions. ALL receipts that are sent has the company name on them. Our drivers provide honest, safe, reliable and "SUPERB" taxi transportation service to the public and we have not had any issues with any of our passengers concerning credit/debit card payments and reciepts. We're bothered by the review you left about our company and wish you would have contacted managment before posting your review.         I experience great service when travelling with this company. I prearranged my pick-up (2) days ahead of time. The dispatcher called me the next day to confirm my reservation. The driver showed up (15) minutes early which was mind easing. Great service!!!
