Horrible Mortgage Division!
I understand that a lot of people are refinancing these days but trying to get a hold of a mortgage officer at Suntrust is absolutely horrible. I've tried 10 times to call. Each time I'm told that there is an hour wait time and then after waiting with my phone on speaker (exactly one hour later), I'm told to call back at another time. What kind of customer experience is that. Please hire and train some additional staff.
