I'm choosing not to select ANY stars (despite having to choose one to post this review). This company sucks. Thanks for nothing. I should've stuck with AT&T. I know their service is really not that much better but at least they pretend to care. Suddenlink is a rip-off.

Worst internet service ever. We pay for 70mb download but we have very unreliable service. You will never stay connected specially during pick hours like after school, weekends and at nights so pretty much not a reliable internet connection. Suddenlink knows the problem but they will lie to you. You pay for a service that will some times work. I wish there was different fast internet provider in Gainesville so we can make the change to.

There should be an option to select zero stars. Suddenlink is one of those companies that simply collect the money from subscribers month after month with zero investment in the infrastructure that serves the community, Internet speeds in Todd Valley is equivalent or worse of 3rd world country internet. My question to Suddenlink is why are you in this market if you are not committed to provide a worthy service? Your lack of serving this community is embarrassing your own corporate motto " We invest in our employees, technologies, and services because we know great customer experiences lead to great company results."

Worse service ever! All they do is come up with excuses. We should have known from the start when their techs did such a horrible job installing to our house. Left the trash from boxes laying around. Didn't take the time to show is how the remotes worked ect. For our one year anniversary of being a customer our Bill went up ANOTHER $25 a month. That's the third increase in 1year and customer service is literally the worse I've ever dealt with. We will be canceling today.

They have been charging us for a modem the past 4 years when we owned our own modem. When we finally realized this, they would only credit us $40. Each month I have to call them as we're overcharged.. Can never get someone who understands and can explain why the exorbitant charges. Getting charged $191 for very basic cable and internet! We don't even have a land line with them and have no movie purchases. Turning them into Better Business Bureau and looking for a new provider.. been a customer for 16 years and we are finally fed up!!! Steer clear of Suddenlink! 0 stars

You are by far the worst cable provider around. I have received faster internet connection in Afghanistan and your customer service is horrible. Thanks for taking SUCK to a whole new level. Zero stars

totally a joke with the internet upgrade. Have to pay additional $20 a month and purchase new modem at $50 so what is that for customer service given the BS ads about upgrades for current customers. Yeah a joke

Suddenlink dropped at least five channels from our service package and replaced them with four channels that are not even worth the time. Yet, I am still paying the same amount for one less channel!



Their internet service is horrible and is always going down. When you do reach technical support, you are met with a plethora of excuses that seem to be pulled out of a hat. Their technical support representatives are some of the most smart aleck, rude, and incompetent people that I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with.



Their service technicians are contracted through a third-party. So, even though they dress like suddenlink employees, and drive suddenlink vehicles, you never really know who is coming to your house to fix your internet problem.

However, it might explain why they are never able to do their jobs as repair technicians to satisfaction. I have had their third-party technicians blame my internet outages on: faulty electrical wiring, living in an older house, the weather, a one world government, and the President of the United States. I guess the forces that be are working against me to prevent me from posting to facebook. They need to revise their slogan to "Suddenlink, get connected (some of the time)."

Dropped channels

If they really cared for the customer them they would not have dropped Comedy Central and many more good channels!! And I am constantly calling them cause of problems receiving channels or on demand!

I wish there was 0 stars rating . The internet is slow most of the time . And when it passes like 6 o'clock it starts cutting and getting even slower . I wouldn't recommend it.

Yet another company that has oversold subscriptions and are unable to keep up. Extremely low speeds and unreliable connection. When you ask for help the best they can do is say, "we know there is a problem."
