the worse doggone service in the history of internet, and the worse doggone cable company in the history of cable tv. the crappy-a** internet loses signal constantly (and mind you - it's cable high speed, not satellite, so you'd think that it shouldn't lose signal as often as this mess does.) and the cable? OMMFG...a damn total, absolute mess with the interruptions with that "error box" that comes in the middle of th... view moreWas this review helpful?Yes No|Flag Abuse
I like Suddenlink. The service here in Mountain Home, AR is good and I can go into their office here and pay my bill. I had Centurylink before moving here and their customer service was horrible. They wouldn't tell you about cheaper plans they had even though I asked if they had any, they were always lying and told me I could go back to my old plan if I didn't like the new one and then refused to let me go back. Was this review helpful?Yes No(1)|Flag Abuse
Absolutely worst customer service and greedy company I have ever dealth with before. 1) They do not give you the internet speed that you are paying for. We have been paying for 30 Mbps speed for 6 months now. I had a tech friend show me how to check the speed and even verified it through 4 different methods including the one speed test Ookla that the tech at suddenlink told me to check with. I have records from se... view moreWas this review helpful?Yes(1) No|Flag Abuse
Completely unreliable internet. Very high packet loss rates. Have to fight with them to be taken seriously, and even then, their tech support seems incapable of actually resolving the issue. VERY poor value. Save your money and hair (pulling, stress)Was this review helpful?Yes(1) No|Flag Abuse

I was working when the technician stopped by to install my service. I let my leasing office staff to accompany this process while I was working. When I arrived at home around 7PM, I expected to connect Internet normally but instead it kept letting me activate the service online sever... view moreWas this review helpful?Yes(2) No|Flag Abuse
If you can get another service for your computer, please do it......Many times the connection is so low you can't get anything. Right now for instance, the Suddenlink connection is so weak it won't even show on my network options. I have to use my other wifi connection which is a D-link. I'm not sure why I'm paying, more than I would with some other carriers, buts if it wasn't for the hassle, I would change to ano... view moreWas this review helpful?Yes(2) No|Flag Abuse
