There are a few really good customer service reps here but overall 9 out of 10 people you talk to will be completely unhelpful. Every time I'm trying to resolve a minor issue like cancelling a single line or resolving a small billing issue, every agent I speak to gives conflicting instructions and procedures. I am told my issue has to be handled by X department and that I have to wait for them to call me (they won't just give you the number to the department you need). Then they never call you back and you have to call the main line and start the entire process all over again. To top it all off, I am calling on behalf of a business account, so God knows how badly they treat residential customers. And yes, we do have a "personal business representative" but I don't even bother trying to get help from her because she has answered her phone exactly 1 time the entire time we've been a customer.
