My condo had become infested with fleas, sometime in early August. My one remaining cat (ALWAYS INDOOR) passed away July 21, 2016. When I finally figured out the landscapers used by my condo were using a leaf blower and blowing who knows what (besides fleas) at my front door and living room window. I was also probably carrying the fleas in on my flip flops. I called Customer Service and Kevin, who did the initial "intake" and assessment was there the next day. Kevin absolutely knew his stuff and took the time to answer my questions. After speaking with Kevin, I knew I had chosen the right company to do the job. The technician, I. Khan was amazing! He explained everything he was going to do and spray in my home, which I really appreciated. He also gave me copies of the MSDS for each chemical he was using. These two guys appear to really LOVE their jobs and took the time to make sure I understood what was going to happen, and when. I felt like I was their only customer. You guys ROCK!!

Have had a recurring problem with bees nesting above my living room window. Technicians are great (Frank and Ron!) and customer service has been great. The bees have been persistent, but Suburban has been on it. Very pleased with their service.

Good service.. Had a wasp problem in the backyard and was taken care of properly and quickly. The technician was informational, informing me regarding questions I had about other potential pest problems.

I would like to comment on the outstanding service we receive from Suburban on a monthly basis. Our serviceman William is the reason why our residence is rodent and bug free. He clearly knows what he needs to do to keep all potential pests at bay and our home a pest free zone. My family and I commend his service and Suburban Exterminating for providing us with such a professional serviceman. He truly is a great asset in our lives and also to your company.

Just when I thought good customer service was a lost art - Suburban provides OUTSTANDING customer service. I had raccoons in my attic and they worked very hard and did not give up until all my problems were solved. Great communication. Call them!

Friendly, responsive, on time. He came to check out my mouse problem -- he cased out the house, identified possible ways they were getting in and blocked off several, as well as finding a long-dead mouse from a previous extermination attempt. Much more than fair in his pricing. I highly recommend using his services.
