        Overall

        Called this company three times for an estimate. He kept putting me off. The third time he said he was on his way, but never called or showed. I've heard that contractors play a game where if people keep calling it means that they are serious about the job. Perhaps he felt that I needed to woo him more. I don't play games. This was a simple business transaction in which his behavior proved to be unprofessional and unreliable. I don't have the time or patients to nurture his feelings. I'm using the contractor that actually showed up.
