We are based in Okanogan and will be happy to come to your home, wherever it is in the North Central Washington. An average inspection will last around three to five hours. We make sure that we take all the time we need to go over the home you're thinking of buying thoroughly and completely. All inspections include a detailed report on your new home’s condition.

        Mr. Stone did an exceptional job inspecting our home. He combed every inch of the place, showing us parts of the house that I haven't seen in the eight years I've been here, including the roof and crawl space. He provided recommendations for repairs and even did a few small things himself as he crawled/climbed/moved around the house. I have no doubt that this inspection will save us from some costly repairs down the road (for instance he noticed that our overflow on a lesser used tub wasn't working, if that went unchecked and someone left the water on we could have a real disaster, same with a drain by the water heater). His attention to detail was really something to be marveled at. We are so grateful to have had this service available. Thank you Jim!

        Jim did a very thorough job inspecting our house. He went everywhere checking things out: on the roof, in the attic, under the house and of course, inside as well. Jim spent several hours conducting the inspection and a couple of days later, came back to go over his findings with us. He had prepared a slide presentation that showed the concerning areas and included recommendations on correcting the problems. He provided us with a hard copy of the same information. Jim was very friendly, professional and thorough. He left no stone unturned!
