Steam Wave Carpet & Upholstery Care is a family owned and operated business. We build our business on integrity, excellence and customer service. I personally deal with each customer, educating and explaining the science in cleaning. Real professionals are few and far between, I have spent years building a Reputation that speaks for itself. Steam Wave Carpet is a fairly new but well liked company however I am no rookie to the carpet cleaning industry. I have been in the carpet cleaning and restoration business for over 9 years working and knowing some of the best guys in the business. Learning the best cleaning methods have enabled me to enlighten my customers educating them along with giving them the best price and quality in the business, using only state of the art truck mounted steam cleaning equipment with bio degradable go green chemicals. They are completely non-toxic for kids, pets and families.

Clay from Steam Wave has come out to clean and sanitize the carpet in my house twice now and both times I've been very impressed. The problem spots that always re-appear when I spot clean are finally gone. The carpet looks and feels amazing after he's done. Clay is always professional, honest, and fair.

When Clay showed up to clean all of the rooms in our house, I thought it would be a challenge to get the carpets looking clean and new. We have multiple pets running around in here all the time so as you could imagine, the carpets were really dirty. I took before and after pictures and I couldn't believe the difference. Clay was professional, quick, and affordable. Definitely worth the money to have him come out and clean your carpets correctly. We will be using him again, without a doubt!

I had a room with several pet stains on the carpet. After 10 minutes of cleaning the spots were gone. Steam wave did a very good job!

Scammers.
Scammers. Clay tried double counting the number of rooms. Had to call him out on it. Then still charged twice on the hallway, plus added a $40 "mileage" fee. Do not use these guys unless you want to end up paying over $200 for a $130 job.

This was the worst carpet cleaning…
This was the worst carpet cleaning experience of our lives. I say this to help others avoid the same issues. The owner and his technician used extremely foul language while they were cleaning my carpets almost prompting me to tell them to leave shortly after they had begun. They moved no furniture at all. They did not put plastic under any of our wood furniture and yet cleaned right up to it. Their prices were significantly higher than the quote they gave us over the phone for the whole house coupon price. They don't cut any corners or give any leeway on extra rooms. We had them clean our carpets and all of our upholstery, none of which was done well at all. I just had to have our carpets recleaned after 1 month and the new company told me our carpets were filthy and that there was chemical residue left that may have caused permanent damage to our carpets. We also did not receive a free bottle of spot cleaner. When my husband called the next day about not moving the furniture, Clay told him that they only do the traffic patterns and exposed carpet unless asked!! Worse than any carpet cleaners I have had in the past. I would never use this company again so don't waste your money!

Worst experience.
Worst experience. Don't ever use them, not even to clean your doormat. They didn't even try to resolve my complaint. They could care less. Just took my money ($230.00) and said "oh well, we're not going to try to resolve your complaint" Contacted BBB and they kept closing the case saying that it was assumed resolved. So much for that.

Clay & Alex did a great job on my tile and upholstery. I also had them out 6 months ago for my carpets like them so much I used them again. I will continue to use steamwave.

Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience.They were very expensive and did not do a good job. The carpet cleaning was ok. They did my hardwood floors and put the sealnt on unevenly so it looks bad.The tile has some wierd substance on it in places, which does come out if you get on your hands and knees and scrub it.. They blew off doing my tile floors around my fountain because it was too much work.The edge between the tile and hardwoodfloor has lots of spillage. A very careless job of applications. I hope that cleans up. I asked them numerous times to keep the screen closed, but they kept keeping them open, lettin the wasps in. They left their food trash in my kitchen and helped themselves to storing their drinks in my refrigerator with out asking. They demanded I move most of the furniture and the reluctantly agreed to move most of the heavy stuff after I explained I had a bad back. They then left 3 heavy chairs outside for me to move inside. I had to hire someone to move them in. My hardwood floors now need to be stripped and re-done because of the bad job they did. All in all they will cost me a lot of money re-doing the job. I talked to them and they blamed everybody and everything except themselves.

Use 'em once, use 'em twice, use 'em EVERYTIME! With 3 kids our carpets get DIRTY. We've used a lot of different carpet cleaners and often tried the do-it-yourself route. After using Steam Wave the first time I'll never use anyone else. In fact when I called the 2nd time - I was using a coupon and wasn't sure I had the right place until Corey confirmed he left a magnet and spot remover the last time he was out - i'd found them! Then I booked the cleaning! My light colored carpets are beautiful again!

I really never write these, but I don't want others to have to deal with the same problems we had with this company. To start, they were two and a half hours late for the scheduled cleaning time. No apology what so ever. He actually tried to lie and say that he had given us a two hour window. Not true. Even if that was the truth he STILL was late. We were planning on getting the 8 room whole house cleaning. Well, even though we have a very small house and were not cleaning the basement they found a way to make it more than 8 rooms, so we had to pay extra. If our house doesn't fit the whole house requirements no house will. They left the gate open so our dog could run free through the neighborhood, and the spot cleaner they advertise to give to everyone never made it to our house. Honestly, if I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not use this company!

I called about a 8 room $159 deal and got 8 rooms and few stairs, approved no more than $250 per my mgmt agreement and got charged $338. on my ole credit card. Also, had to babysit and hold hands through the whole process while enduring surgery for this crew. very frustrating. Would NOT call again.
