I just can't speak highly enough of this site - easy to use, reliable staff, unexpectedly huge savings every time. We found out that a hotel and parking package cost much less than we were used to paying, and heard that this was the best place to go for them, so we jumped at the chance, and now we would never think of traveling without stay123.
I used to pay almost twice what I pay for a complete park and fly deal on Stay123.com, and I was paying all that money just to leave my car in airport parking and come back to find both the inside and the outside of my car a mess. Just as advertised & hotel rate was less than through the hotel's website. Our hotel had FREE parking for up to 21 days and FREE shuttle service to & from the FLL cruise port. Best thing was the Cambria shuttle arrived within 30 minutes of calling them on debarking :) Definitely recommend & will use Stay123.com again!

once i find a good thing, i stick with it. its always refreshing to receive reliable, friendly service, and that was my experience with stay 123. used to spend entire vacation fretting about our car in airport parking, much nicer knowing its as safe as a baby with round the clock hotel security. and saving so much over other providers just adds to our (okay, my, since i'm the worrier/saver in our family) holiday happiness. stay 123 - its a very good thing!

i needed to park by the baltimore pier before/during our cruise. i searched and found reasonable parking rates, equal to the rates online at stay123.com, but without a room, so then i go the idea to compare the cost of a room vs the daily parking rates, similar...the hotel room rates on http://stay123.com were better than the hotel direct so i booked the package deal. I had a free shuttle to and from, parked free at the hotel and had a nice new room. it was an early start to our vacation and it made it more fun

I've used stay123 again and again. They have the best room rate, and I'd rather park at a hotel with security, than worrying about how safe my car is on some lot in the middle of the airport. The hotels they list have good facilities just for the parking and shuttle, and the prices online are always reasonable, and mostly lower than straight through the hotel. I like that I can always pre-book be assured that I know what I'm getting, and getting what I paid for.

I shopped around for parking at Cape Liberty at Bayonne NJ while on my cruise. I'm Hampton Inn fan - I ended up booking a parking deal with stay123.com which turned out to be way cheaper than if I had booked on hamptoninns website or even using my Hhonors points. Don't use this site. They charged a cancellation fee if when I cancelled months in advance and this was not disclosed when I booked the reservation.

Yes, there is a clearly disclosed cancel fee which is clearly indicated in several places on the Stay123.com website before you book, on FAQ, and also listed on all correspondence. I'm sorry you were disappointed. Maybe we can make it up to you by finding you a great deal next time! All the best!
BEWARE! We did not get the hotel we booked, but an alternate chosen by Stay 123. Stay 123 did not provide a confirmation until after our trip. We were charged for the alternate even though we called and they did not have a booking. Stay 123 has been rude and slow to answer our complaint and has not refunded the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT USE STAY 123.

I booked with stay123.com for our stay at Cambria, last Dec. At that time the price was $69. a night there and through Choice Hotels website it was $139.. I called the hotel directly to make sure it was legit. They told me it was legit, but they could not match that price. So I booked it at stay123 and all was fine. I parked, i stayed - loved it --- and i had a great trip! saved a bundle..they have lots of hotels at all the cruiseports and airports too

Easy to use website and good customer service - you can believe it. I wouldn't waste my breath otherwise, but these ppl went out of their way to help me a in a last minute jam..I had a cruise out of Miami - I couldnt get a ride at 6am and I needed a place to park by the pier. I waited until the last minute and parking was becoming a problem. Stay123 got us a hotel for night before the same day,free parking at the hotel for the whole trip(length of my cruise)and it was closeby. No extra charge for parking and no hidden costs.They called me with confirmation and gave me peace of mind. I'll use them again and again. They also have hotels at airports.

Stay123.com has the best rates for park and sail package at Tampa cruiseport. We booked a hotel and parking package with stay123 for about the same price as long term cruiseport parking. We get to stay at the hotel a night before, parked our car and hotel provided us free shuttle to the crusieport. It was great experience. Totally hassle free.

Went on a cruise out of Charleston (SC). Planned to spend the night before in a hotel, but the hotels in the area were a little pricier than we expected (nothing reasonable for less tan $70 or so for a total dive), and parking at the cruise port was expensive, too (something like $125 for the week).
I had never heard of Stay123 before, but checked the BBB and decided to give it a shot. Ended up being a great deal: for $91 we got a room at the Sheraton, free parking for the week, and free shuttle service to and from the cruise port.
I saw some reviews saying that they had been booked into the wrong hotel - don't know if this was a user error or a true problem with the company, but I double-checked the reservation with Sheraton directly, and everything was good. If you have any hesitation, I'd recommend doing that.
I will definitely use the site in the future, and definitely recommend it. We saved at least 50% compared to booking a hotel through a travel site and then paying for parking separately.
