        plumber not on time. Service was too expensive

        I called Star Rooter , their secretary was nice and courteous, by her sound it sounded like a really great company . That is till the actual plumber arrived. The guys arrived really loud , the 2 workers where joking around and laughing alot.As I don't speak Spanish , I was not sure at what or if they where laughing at me. they seemed messy, but the worst part was the actual price. they where charging $300 dollars more than the competition . Good thing I decided to get more estimates.

        fast service

        called this morning due to kitchen sink clog up and hubby left a portable snake inside the kitchen pipe sink. Met with Guillermo and Felix and they told me what they're going to do and no hassle took care of it and done in less than an hour. It was worth I believe and now I feel less stressful and can go on with my other household chores. Thank you!
