Services provided include Internet connection that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week; digital modems for solid connections; instant Internet account setup available 24 hours a day; help hotline available for technical support and account questions; flat rate access; personal Web site included at no additional charge; POP e-mail mailbox with no charge for messages; unrestricted newsgroup server access; access to partyline bulletin board system with games, puzzles, chat and message areas; and setup software available for download from the bulletin board system or via ftp.
