        To bergersm3. Who wrote about terrible customer service,

        I have had my windows cleaned by Squeaky Clean for over 20 years. The service has been great. Jimmy has always returned calls promptly and many times scheduled cleaning the week I called if there was a special reason I needed fast service. His workers do an excellent job! I haven't done so, but would probably trust them to come in and clean if I wasn't home, but why would you? Why would you leave a key out for strangers to come in your house when you already didn't trust them? Your story just doesn't make sense. Jimmy is reliable and honest. Could you be mixed up about which company you're reviewing? Sue Ulshen
