After visiting this retail location at 291 Exton Square Parkway, Exton PA 19341 I once again experienced the atrocious customer service that prompted my carrier change to Verizon.
In late August, I paid Aprox. $420.00 at the Exton in order to be rid of my rubbish Sprint Mobile service. I was assured by the "agent" that this was the total sum of Early Termination Fee's and Device Payment Buyouts I would need to pay to cancel my service. Lo and Behold, in mid-September I received ANOTHER bill for aprox. $92.00 in charges the clearly incompetent agent failed to mention or address.
After 2+ hours on the phone with customer service, I managed to get the bill dropped (again, due to the idiocy of this location's staff) and my service cancelled.
Given the aforementioned issue, I decided to visit the location one final time yesterday to ensure that this would indeed be the end of dealing with ArchTelecom and Sprint. I stood in the lobby for nearly 25min. without my presence so much as being acknowledged, let alone greeted and wait time addressed. When I was finally noticed, I was informed it would be ANOTHER 30min. wait to address what should have been a very simple question.
I cannot emphatically stress just how utterly annoyed and irate I am with respect to this location, ArchTelecom and Sprint as a whole. Given my long tenure with the company and the substantial amount of funds I have paid in services over the years, I would expect any reputable business to have some modicum of respect for it's clients and effective customer service.
