Sprinkler Repair

Mr. Reed thinks very highly of himself and quotes jobs ridiculously high and NEVER explains the expenses. I had an emergency as my front patio was flooded and nobody could fix it and I was leaving on vacation in 8 hours. I paid the $925 to replace the valves but come to find out he was in and out in an hour and a half. Left it exposed to check for leaks and when we got back had him check the other parts of the yard. He comes back and tells me I have 2 sprinkler heads broken, a leak in a line and the system could use adjusting. He hands me a quote for $2600? That's just plain ridiculous! I tell him to just fix the broken line and head that is flooding my pool equipment area, he says it will be $400. Again, stupid crazy high price but I don't have time to deal with it and he comes by to fix it the next day. Again, he is done in less than an hour and my wife is livid he can take advantage of people like this! This should be your last and final option because it is going to cost you an arm and a leg! There are hundreds of people doing this for much less cost and will give you a parts and labor quote! Get with the program Mr. Phillip!!!

Came out for a simple irrigation issue requiring immediate service. He committed per note on his quote to complete following day (Tuesday). Terminated on Friday at 2:30 pm when I realized it would NgOT get done in time. Furthermore, gave me a quote of $6300 to repair all issues in my yard. Asked for breakdown of materials & labor. Just completed these same repairs. Cost was $278!!!!! Said my regulator was bad (hundreds of dollars); turned out not to be the issue....not even sure he was qualified.

We were very disappointed with the work Mr Reed did. We had an underground system with multiple problems. Mr Reed said he would disconnect the old system and replace with hoses and proper emitters and said "every plant will receive the right amount of water." Although he replaced our valves and timer he installed a very inadequate system and left the old underground system in tact so we still have to call someone to repair. Mr Reed did not complete the work according to the dates on the contract. I had to call him multiple times to get him to come out. In addition, he overcharged me for the minimal work he did complete and I very foolishly paid in advance in full. I blame myself for doing this. I also blame myself for not asking for references and not even asking for his contractors license. I learned some valuable and unfortunately very expensive lessons. I would not use him again or recommend him.

Mr. Reed just finished repairing our entire sprinkler system, and we could not be happier with the work. He was exceptionally professional in arriving when he said and for doing expert work.
