I am one of those rare customers of Charter, according to Tom Rutledge, the CEO, who has all 3 services - cable TV, internet, and VOIP phone. I came back to Charter after being very disappointed with Uverse and Dish because they removed channels I very much enjoyed. Now Charter has done the same, removing the UP channel. I can't understand why they would do this, unless they are trying to remove positive influences from my TV lineup. Please put UP back. Carol Bush, Oakwood, Georgia

I am contacting CT. BBB as this Company charges me close to 70.00 dollars for basic TV cable a month. I have had chronic problems with getting local channels in my area since May 2014..the techs tell me they keep putting work orders in. The billing office rudely informed me "I need to make a decision" if I want THEIR SEVICE AS IT IS OR NOT?!!

Charter jacks my bill up from $39.99 to $54.99 and thats JUST FOR INTERNET ONLY!!!! They try to make your bill cheaper by offering you their package for phone and TV!! I DON'T NEED YOUR FREAKING PHONE OR TV SERVICE!!! We get screwed for only wanting internet service. Can't wait until my online classes are over so I can CANCEL!!!

They do not deserve one star!!!

Ordered service on June 27, 2014 Tech came out and said the post was too far from my home with too many connections so a new post would have to be installed. It should have been put in the following friday. Today is July 28th and after talking with two supervisors named Bob and Demetrius, I called to find out that they have not yet scheduled installation of the post.

Charter is bought out by a hedge fund group..They move to Stamford CT o October 2012.

New CEO Thomas Rutledge WANTS TO MAKE MONEY!! LOTS OF MONEY!!



I pay $140 for basic cable and internet AND IT DOESN'T WORK!



Give up TV if Charter is your only choice. JERKWADS!
