        I used another company before I found Mike at Spa Doctor. I was charged $285 dollars and nothing was resolved. Mike came and found the leak in my hot tub and made the repair. He was fast and efficient.

        The guy said he would be at my house on a Sunday and he never called or showed up. Didn't return calls.

        I only spoke with him on the phone. He told me on Saturday that he would come to look at my hot tub on Monday, but never showed up. I sent him a text and a voice mail but he never replied. I wasted an entire day waiting for him to show. I sent a text again on Tuesday. He never replied.
