Great experience. Ordered decomposed granite and topsoil. Delivered on time and driver put as close to project as he could because I overlooked the power lines above my preferred drop spot. Quick and easy to order and receive all within 1 business day. Pricing was great for how fas I was able to place and get material. Using then again in coming weeks

Got 10 yards of their garden mix. Nothing grows well or even better than stunted.green beans 8 weeks old and only 6 inches tall. Tomatoes at 60 days and only 16 inches tall . All they tell me is I'm watering too much

Hello. I ordered road base on Wednesday for delivery on Friday between 1-3. As a retired contractor I had my doubts. WOW! What a great experience. The driver was there well within the delivery window. He was professional and his truck was clean. After 20 years in the industry I can say that this was the easiest and best experience I have ever had ordering building materials. I highly recommend soil direct dot com. I look forward to using them in the future. Nice job.

I ordered sod for my backyard along with some topsoil. My yards looks great and the material was wonderful. I will be using them again for phase two of my project.

Don't even bother with this company! We ordered $600.00 worth of rock to be delivered between 9:00a.m. and 11:00a.m. today. We never received confirmation from a Dispatcher, as the FAQ states we would. Nor did we receive any sort of courtesy call or email from customer service advising us whether we would or would not be seeing our delivery today. We have called the company repeatedly and left voicemail. No one has answered the specified extention since we placed the order. They did however find the time to debit our bank account. This company has cost us a lot of time and money today. To say they are shoddy is an understatement. This teeters on being down right criminal. Soil Direct, you WILL be refunding us. There is simply no excuse for your lack of professionalism. A phone call to a paying customer takes 30 seconds of your time.

To anyone else reading this, please spare yourselves the frustration we have endured with this company and hire one that has some integrity.

I have been using Soil Direct for the past year and am completely satisfied with the customer service and prices offered. The online ordering system is great and makes it very easy to get the material.

If we could give less than one star we would. Being in the internet fullment business we recognize the value of customer serviced and the customer being right. This company clearly does not. After process order they attempted to deliver to the job site, but the truck driver found it too difficult. Amazing we had brought in over 50 truck load this size and greater. the local contact who was clearly not working refused to refund me the money for the order. and Now we are forced to dispute. We will continue to pursue this refund. This is clearly a less than honest company and I would think long and hard about doing any business with them. Buyer be ware of these unscrupulous player. I was looking for a nice looking decorative rock and found soil direct online. They had exactly what I was looking for at half the cost of Bourget Brothers. Great place to buy materials.
