Most of the time the buffet selection is great during the weekdays. They drop the ball on weekends or when mexico has a holiday and they come to the sirloin to eat. The place turns into a wreck in sanitation. There is food,drinks spilled and its not properly cleaned up (hello management?). An old man table waiter does too many drink refills and manages to mix the glasses between customers. The mexican nationals have no control on there little kids and the staff does no courtesy warnings to them that the kids pose a safety risk that can cause an incident!<br>Otherwise I tend to go during the weekdays to avoid those episodes.<br>One main gripe..... Have the steak griller not over cook the meat, sometimes they are too "chewy" or dry.
