Your basic shredding. I chose them because they had great customer service on the phone and could come out the next day. This is the way to go when it is time to get rid of all the outdated accounting records.

Don't even bother calling them. They are NOT a stand alone shred Co. only a broker. They take your info then try to find a independent contractor in your area. First person I talked to and gave all of the info about the job and location said no problem, we can do it. when I called back 2 weeks later to schedule it, they said we will have to find a contractor in your area. Waited a week and they never could find anyone and finally admitted they had no one there. the CSRs that answer the phone must be contractors too, I never could get back to the first person I talked to. Not the kind of business I would trust my document destruction with. Total losers I'd give them no stars if I could.

Father died and we had to clean out his house. He was a dentist and had a garage full of dental records we couldn't just put in the trash. Shred nations had a truck come out and shred it all for us. The woman on the phone was very helpful and the whole process was very smooth. Thanks.

Closed a practice and needed to securly shred a bunch of outdated files. They sent a truck and did all the shredding for me. I can enjoy life knowing that the documents are taken care of.

Just started a service with them. THey gave us three containers at no charge. They come every month and shred. This is a great thing as we were always replacing shredders.
