        Christmas Eve 2014 5 pm. I am 39 weeks pregnant... Accidently we found a pipe leak downstairs in the closet in the finished basement. We couldn't figure out if it was a pipe problem or our septic tank. While my BF tried to stop water running and dripping I called maybe 15 different contacts came up on google for Oxford - but nobody either replied at all or wished to come over right away even if their advertisements were showing 24/7, holidays and weekends. But only SHORTY'S agreed to come over next morning (Christmas!) to help us out. The owner helped us with advising that evening we called him what to do and how to lower the leak.

        He came over in the morning and checked on the septic. Well, it took him about 15 minutes to help us out and to save Christmas at least partially. The septic wasn't our real problem. But once he checked and cleaned the filter on the second tank the leak STOPPED. He recommended to check on the pipes under the ground though...

        We just SO appreciate his help and advice and coming to help us out on a Christmas morning!

        Gave me a time and date and was on time. No mess. will call them again and I will recommend them to others.
