Seven Springs Animal Hospital

Dr.Steffes is an amazing patient humble vet. He cares for his four legged patients and always treats people as family. The animal hospital is very clean and welcoming from the minute you walk into the door. I am happy that I have found him and his staff. I will tell everyone about him and all his good work that he does. I could not imagine finding a better vet anywhere.

Great Service from Dr.Jim and Staff,Extremely reasonable prices, Immaculately clean facility! I just have to take the time to Thank Dr. Jim and his staff at Seven Springs Animal Hospital we are fairly new to the area and were referred by a friend to use their Kennel for boarding. The staff made us and more importantly our 2 dogs feel comfortable and welcomed.We also met a Great Dr. who caught an ear infection before it got worse and we were so grateful that Dr.Jim was available while our little guys were boarding.I was even more convinced that our family found a Full Service home for our pets when I came early to pick them up and found them running out in the huge fully fenced yard with a staff member.Overall great experience and because they took so much care and time for us I wanted to spread the word for them Also the treatment recommended by Dr. Jim cleared Rusty's ear infection up and his staff called to check on him after he was home It was refreshing how much they cared

I have taken my dog bingo to Dr. Steffes since she was a puppy, that’s about 11 years now. When she twisted her neck and didn’t eat for 3 days I took her in to see Dr. Steffes, who did a thorough exam and treated her with some medicine within 2 days she was back to herself running and eating! I am confident in any advice he gives me because he is honest, of high integrity and for over 10 years he hasn’t steered me wrong once! I have also found the prices at Seven Springs Animal Hospital are Excellent! Excellent Service, Excellent Prices, You can’t beat that!

Dr. Steffes and his staff have cared for our pets for well over 20 years, and we could not have been more pleased with the quality of care, the kindness, the efficiency, and the genuine interest in the animals' health and well-being that everyone at Seven Springs Animal Hospital has exhibited. We have been especially appreciative when we have had to have much-loved pets euthanized in their old-age. Being pet-owners themselves, they were always sympathetic and supportive--helping us through these difficult times. Dr. Steffes and his team at Seven Springs Animal Hospital have been taking care of my families pets for more than four years. He is the most kind, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. We have 2 cats and 3 dogs in our family and Dr. Steffes has provided us with not only the best healthcare for them but he and Dee also have a genuine concern for our entire families overall well being. I have been going to Dr. Steffes for about 2 years. He is so kind and gentle with my dogs. They actually like going there.



When I board the dogs with Dr. Steffes, I never worry about them. They are well taken care of, exercised twice every day in a great yard. I would never take my pets anywhere, but Seven Springs.

My experience at Seven Springs Animal Hospital was fabulous! The staff was so kind and helpful. Dr. Steffes is such a wonderful and caring man. He took womderful care of my "Daisy" and treated us like family. I would reccomend Dr. Steffes to everyone. Thank you for a great experience!

Dr. Steffes and his staff have provided wonderful care to our pets. Our first Lab had diabetes, and the Dr. saw us through

the progress of her disease. The Dr. was honest and we talked about quality of life issues. He advised us how to care for her. We wanted the best care for her, and Dr. Steffes and his staff provided it. He and his staff made sure that her dignity was respected, and treated all of us with compassion. Dr. Steffes helped us find our second Lab, Charley. The Dr. assisted in saving strays found in the aftermath of Hurricane Charley, and he brought the animals back to Seven Springs Animal Hospital. He called us to tell us about a Black Lab, and we brought Charley home. The Dr. and Mrs. Steffes have always been honest with us, and their Hospital conforms to the high standards set by the Florida Vet.

I took my pet to Dr. Steffes for care and vaccinations. We were treated like we were old friends. The doctor was extreamly kind to my dog who is a little shy and fearful . I knew immediately I was in the right place. All of my questions were answered about heartworm prevention, fleas itchy skin and alot of other concerns I had.The Doctor took all the time needed to assure me that "Burt" was doing fine and what to do to keep him healthy. By the time we left the Doctor was getting kisses which was a first! The staff at the front desk was also great ,and went over the directions in detail about medicines prescribed and heartworm pills. They even called me to see how we were doing the next day.This Doctor and staff deserve a five star rating I'm reallly glad I found him. R.M
