I smelled fumes in my house to find out there was a leak coming from my chimney. I called Schlears and the gentleman named Eric came out the next day. It turned out we needed a new liner ( which I didn’t even know was in there) Eric had the new one installed right away. Very reasonably priced and Proffesional service. Keep up the great work.

I called Schlear Chimney about 2 weeks ago to come to my house and check out some bricks that were falling off of my chimney. While he was there, he checked out my steps that also had some loose bricks and gave me an estimate for both. I thought I would have to wait awhile to get both jobs done (I live in Cherry Hill- not around the corner from Warminster) but he was able to fit me in fairly quickly. My chimney and steps look beautiful and I am very pleased with the completed work. Even my neighbors complimented me on my steps and now want to use Schlear Chimney. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We called Schlear Chimney & Masonry to clean the chimney of the house we just moved into. We were able to get an appointment the next day. He was very honest and told us that the chimney did not need a cleaning. He did a few minor repairs and sealed up a small hole. Very honest and fair pricing!

They did a great job relining my chimney. I was able to get the work scheduled fairly quickly and I have no complaints.

The inspector in my township recently failed part of my sidewalk and curb and I needed to get it fixed right away to sell my house. I called Schlear Chimney because I saw they received great reviews. They were understanding of the time crunch I was under and fit me in pretty fast. I scheduled the estimate 2 weeks ago and the work was finished by the end of last week. They worked hard doing the concrete in this heat and did a great job. No complaints and it has now passed inspection!

Schlear chimney came out this week and fixed my brick steps out front of my house and they did a great job. I was able to set up a day right away and they had no problem working with my schedule. Everyone was very nice and I would use them again if I need to for other jobs!

Recently my heater guy told me I needed a new liner in my chimney. I called Schlear Chimney and they scheduled me fairly quickly. Eric came out to give me an estimate which was reasonably priced. He explained everything written on it to me and answered any questions I had (since I know nothing about a chimney). Eric and two of his workers came out the following week to do the job and I am extremely satisfied. They were on time, very polite, did everything on the estimate and cleaned up after they had finished. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs chimney work done to their house!

I had Schlear Chimney come out because I was buying a house. They came out, inspected the chimney, and found out I needed a liner, some brick work done, and have the smoke chamber resealed. Eric explained every detail to me so I had Schlear Chimney come back a month later to do the job. I feel they did great work and also a great clean up. I'm definitely going to get them to come back and brick point my whole house. I highly recommend them.

I recently had the front of my house brick-pointed and my flagstone walkway pointed as well. Eric came out and gave me a very reasonable price to have both completed. I had my gas shut off by PGW. I had no heat or hot water on a very cold day. I looked online and found Schlear"s Chimney Service. Eric Schlear came out within hours. He looked at my chimney, saw that my liner was bad, then he unblocked my chimney and relined the flue the next day! And i called PGW to turn my gas back on. The PGW worker said the chimney company did everything 100% and used quality material. Eric is a person you can tell takes great pride in his company. I would just like to say thank you for a wonderful job!

I recently had a wood stove installed in my home by Schlear's Chimney & Masonry service. They came right out when i had called them (immediately after the hurricane) and installed it for me. They were very professional and neat. Eric even came back later that day to show me how to get the fire started and work the stove. This company was very professional, reasonable and i would recommend them to everyone!

I have been using Schlear chimney and masonry for the last four years, I own close to twenty rental properties in the Philadelphia area and have had Eric do multiple liners and brick pointing on my houses as well as concrete patio and block repair and replacement. Eric has always given me a fair price for all of the jobs he's done for me and they have all been done fast and the right way. Being a woman I have had issues with construction companies trying to charge me ridiculous prices for having work done, but from my first job I had him do to the most recent Eric has never tried to rob me for the work I needed. I have also had several compliments on the jobs he's done by city inspectors, which has further secured my confidence in his work. A few weeks ago I called Eric because my heating company told me I needed a cleaning because my heater liner was backed up with soot and rusted pieces of the original liner. He was able to come out early the next day and give me a free estimate. I decided to go with his company and he had a custom liner built for me that he installed the very next day! The service I received from Eric was phenomenal, he was very fast and most importantly very neat and organized. By the time he left it looked like my basement was cleaner than before he got there! I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be having him pour me a new concrete patio this summer!
